OddsHistory is a data platform that tracks current and historical fixed odds across Australian bookmakers. It covers thoroughbred, harness and greyhound racing (win & place) and major sport markets (head-to-head, line and totals). It’s designed for bookmakers, professional gamblers and other industry professionals who need a single source of truth for market data, and is provided for informational purposes only — we don’t accept bets or give betting advice.

Where do the odds come from?

Odds are sourced directly from bookmaker feeds and refreshed continuously throughout the day. Racing prices update every few minutes; sport prices update on a similar cadence. Some bookmakers don’t publish prices for every market, so coverage varies.

What timezone are times shown in?

By default, times are shown in Australia/Melbourne. You can change this from the Account page — your preference is saved against your profile and used everywhere in the app, including in emails.

How do I sign in?

We use magic-link sign-in. You enter your email, we send you a one-time link, and clicking it logs you in. There’s no password to remember and nothing to share.

Can my whole team use one account?

Each person needs their own login — sharing a single account isn’t permitted. Instead, create a team subscription with seats for each member. Team admins invite people from the Team page; each invitee receives an invitation email and signs in with their own address.

How do I invite a teammate?

If you’re a team admin, open the Team page and click Invite teammate. Enter their email and choose a role. They’ll get an email with a link to set up their account.

What happens to a pending invite if it’s never accepted?

Invites expire automatically after their stated expiry date. The seat is released back to the team and admins can re-invite the person if needed.

How fresh are the live prices?

On an event page, the live tab refreshes automatically about once a minute while the page is open. You’ll see a small “Live · updates every minute · Last updated …” indicator next to the tab when it’s polling.

How far back does the history go?

We retain a rolling 30-day window of fixed-odds history for racing and sport. You can pick a specific point in time on an event page to see the prices that were live at that moment.

Why is one bookmaker showing “—” on a runner?

Accepted Answer

That bookmaker either hasn’t published a price for that runner yet, has temporarily suspended the market, or doesn’t cover that meeting. Once a price comes through it will appear automatically on the next refresh.

Can I hide bookmakers I don’t use?

Yes — open Bookmaker Preferences from the top-right menu. Toggling a bookmaker off hides it everywhere (dashboard, odds list, event pages and history charts) and the change applies immediately, no refresh needed.

How do alerts work?

From the Alerts page, you can create rules that watch for price moves on a runner or selection (for example, “notify me if any bookmaker goes 20% above the market median”). When a rule triggers, we send you an email. Alerts are a convenience — we don’t guarantee delivery or timing.

What plans are available?

We offer Racing, Sport and Combined plans, with team pricing based on seat count. Pricing details are shown when you sign up or upgrade.

Can I see my team’s subscription status?

Yes — team admins see the current plan, status badge and renewal/expiry date on the Team page.

We collect the basics needed to run your account — name, email, company, login activity — plus standard usage data like pages visited and IP address. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Will I get marketing emails?

We only send marketing emails if you’ve opted in. Service emails (sign-in links, alerts you’ve set up, team invitations and important account notices) are sent regardless, because they’re needed to use the platform.

Every broadcast email has an Unsubscribe link in the footer. Clicking it opts you out immediately — you’ll still receive operational emails.
