1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using OddsHistory (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

The Platform is owned and operated by BetSource Pty Ltd (“BetSource”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Nature of the service

OddsHistory is a data platform that provides:

  • Current odds data
  • Historical odds data
  • Market comparisons across bookmakers
  • Alerts and analytics relating to odds movements

The Platform is provided for informational purposes only.

We do not:

  • operate a wagering service
  • accept bets
  • provide financial or betting advice
  • guarantee data accuracy

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • be at least 18 years old
  • have legal capacity to enter into a contract
  • comply with applicable laws

4. Accounts and access

4.1 Login

Access is provided via magic link login using your email address.

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining control of your email account
  • ensuring only authorised users access your account

4.2 Team accounts

Accounts may be used as part of a team subscription.

  • Teams may have multiple users
  • Access is limited by seat allocations
  • Team administrators manage users

You must not:

  • share access beyond your allocated seats
  • resell or redistribute access

5. Subscriptions and fees

The Platform may be offered under subscription plans, including:

  • Racing
  • Sport
  • Combined access

BetSource reserves the right to:

  • introduce or modify pricing
  • apply usage limits or seat limits
  • suspend or terminate access for non-payment

Where fees apply, they will be clearly communicated.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape or extract data at scale
  • reverse engineer the Platform
  • copy, resell, or redistribute data
  • use the Platform for unlawful purposes
  • interfere with system performance

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.

7. Data and accuracy

The Platform relies on external and internal data sources.

We do not guarantee:

  • accuracy
  • completeness
  • timeliness

Data may be delayed, incorrect, or change without notice.

8. No advice

The Platform does not provide betting, financial, or investment advice. All decisions made using the Platform are your responsibility.

9. Intellectual property

All Platform content, including:

  • software
  • data presentation
  • branding

is owned by or licensed to BetSource Pty Ltd.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform.

10. Alerts and notifications

Alerts are provided as a convenience only.

We do not guarantee:

  • delivery
  • accuracy
  • timeliness

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

BetSource Pty Ltd is not liable for:

  • betting losses
  • loss of profits
  • indirect or consequential damages
  • reliance on Platform data

Liability is limited to:

  • amounts paid in the last 12 months, or
  • AUD $100, whichever is greater

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

  • breach these Terms
  • misuse the Platform

13. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
