Australian horse racing odds — live and historical, all bookmakers
OddsHistory tracks every published fixed-odds price across Australian thoroughbred, harness and greyhound racing. Watch the win and place market move in real time, jump back to any minute in the last 30 days, and see at a glance which bookmaker is out of step with the rest of the market.
It is a data tool for industry professionals, traders and serious punters — we don’t accept bets, we don’t take a commission and we don’t link out to bookmaker sign-up pages.

What we track for racing
For every meeting in Australia — metropolitan, provincial and country — OddsHistory captures the fixed win and place price published by each covered bookmaker. Prices are pulled directly from each operator’s feed and refreshed every few minutes while a meeting is live.
Coverage spans thoroughbred (gallops), harness (pacing and trotting) and greyhound racing. You get the same view of the market regardless of code: a side-by-side grid of bookmakers, the market median, and a quick read on which prices are above or below it.
Behind every live price sits a 30-day rolling history. From any event page you can scrub back to a specific minute and see exactly what each bookmaker had a runner at, how the market moved into the jump, and who shortened or drifted first.
Why a racing odds tracker matters
Fixed-odds racing markets move quickly and unevenly. Bookmakers don’t adjust at the same time, they don’t carry the same liability, and they don’t respond to early money in the same way. A runner can sit at $4.00 with one operator and $4.80 with another for several minutes — meaningful movement that is invisible if you only watch one screen.
OddsHistory makes that drift visible. The dashboard surfaces runners whose best price is well above the market median, alerts can fire when a price moves more than a chosen percentage, and the history view lets you verify after the fact what a price actually was at a given moment — useful for trader sign-off, internal audit, or settling disputes.
For analysts, the rolling 30-day window gives a working dataset to study how individual operators behave: who shortens favourites the quickest, who is consistently long on roughies, which markets settle hours before the jump and which only stabilise in the last five minutes.
Built for AU racing, in Australian time
Every time on the platform defaults to Australia/Melbourne and adjusts for daylight savings automatically. You can change the display timezone for your own account if you sit elsewhere — Brisbane and Perth users in particular — and the change applies everywhere, including alert emails.
Everything is in AUD. Every price is the gross fixed price the bookmaker is publishing — we don’t apply tote deductions, we don’t fold in promotional money, and we don’t round. What you see is what their public feed is returning at that moment.

Frequently asked questions
Which racing codes are covered?
Thoroughbred, harness and greyhound racing across all Australian meetings — metropolitan, provincial and country. Coverage of overseas racing is not included.
How often do racing prices update?
Live racing prices refresh roughly every few minutes while a meeting is in progress. Event pages auto-refresh about once a minute while open, and you can see the last-updated timestamp at the top of the live tab.
Can I see historical prices for a specific runner?
Yes. From any race page, switch to the history tab and pick a point in time within the last 30 days. You will see exactly what each bookmaker had each runner at that moment, plus a chart of how the price moved.
Do you publish results, dividends or pools?
No. OddsHistory is a price-tracking tool. For settled results, official dividends and tote pools, refer to Racing Australia and the bookmaker you placed your bet with.
Is OddsHistory a betting service?
No. We do not accept bets, hold a wagering licence, or process any deposits or withdrawals. We provide odds data and analytics for informational purposes only.
